West System 105 Epoxy Resin:

105B Epoxy resin 5kg is a clear, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with one of four West System hardeners. It can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid bond with excellent moisture resistance. 105 Epoxy resin is an excellent adhesive, when mixed at the proper ratio with a West System hardener.

This epoxy resin is designed to wet out and bond to: wood bonding, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics, composite materials and a variety of metals. Ideal for the following applications: marine, boat repair, adhesion, fabrication, molding, furniture and casting.

West System 205 Fast Hardener:

205B Fast hardener 1kg is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent. It is used in a majority of situations at lower temperatures and to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature. When mixed with the 105 Resin in a five-part resin to one-part hardener ratio the cured resin/hardener mixture yields a rigid high-strength moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties.

Pot Life at 25C: 10 to 15 minutes

Cure to a solid state at 21C: 5 to 7 hours

Cure to maximum strength at 21C: 5 to 7 days
